Ride 2 Work – Account & Data Deletion Request

Ride 2 Work respects your privacy and gives you full control over your personal information. This page explains how you can request deletion of your Ride 2 Work account and associated data, what information is removed, and what information may be retained for legal or operational reasons.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Ride 2 Work account:

  1. Submit a deletion request through the official Ride 2 Work account deletion form.

  2. Provide the email address or phone number linked to your account.

  3. Our support team will verify your request for security purposes.

  4. Once verified, your account deletion will be processed.

Account Delete

Retention Period

Any retained data is stored only for the minimum period required by applicable laws and operational requirements. Once the retention period expires, the data is securely deleted.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7–14 business days after verification.

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your account, ride history, credits, and preferences.

If you choose to return in the future, you will need to create a new account.
